Merchandise purchased on Babolat.com may be returned to for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it meets the following requirements:
- 1. Merchandise was purchased from Babolat.com. We do not accept returns from any other Authorized Babolat retailer.
- 2. Must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and be returned.
- 3. Must have a valid proof of purchase or packing slip to receive a full refund. All items returned without a proof of purchase or packing slip will not be accepted.
- 4. Original condition is defined as follows:
- a. Racquets must be unstrung, with header card and grip packaging still in place. No signs of wear on bumper guards or butt caps of any kind.
- b. Shoes must be in original box with all cards and papers still in the box and shoes. They must be not worn or blemished.
- c. Clothing, bags and strings must be returned unused with all tags still attached to the products, material must be unworn/unwashed/unaltered, and must be in its original packaging or outer packaging.
- 5. Reasons for returns must be indicated on all returns.
